LOOKCLOOKC SDN BHD (“LCLCSB”) and its associated companies and affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions, whereby you are deemed to have accepted these conditions by conducting any online transaction in our online shop and/or by opening account with us. You are hereby given notice that you must read these conditions – you are deemed to have read and understood them by conducting any online transaction in our online shop and/or by opening account with us:-

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password;

2. you represent yourself to be an adult over 18 years in age. LCLCSB only sells its products to adults who can purchase their products with a credit card;

3. no representation whatsoever is given to you by way of this website that the products that are thereby sold to you are of merchantable quality nor that they are fit for the purpose for which you are purchasing them. All products are on the contrary sold to you on an “as is” and “as is available” basis as they are found in our stock and all risk concerning the same is borne by you. LCLCSB also does not warrant nor represent that the product descriptions or any other statements made on this website are accurate or correct or complete or free from error;

4. no refund shall be given to you whatsoever in any circumstance whatsoever. However at LCLCSB’s sole and absolute discretion, LCLCSB may choose to exchange any product that you had purchased through the online shop on this website and that you have returned unused and unopened with a product of the identical type and price or to give you credit equivalent to the value of the product that is being returned;

5. the availability of products displayed on the website are not guaranteed and LCLCSB does not warrant the timely delivery of any order if stock is not available;

6. All products purchased from LCLCSB are made subject to the strict condition that the title and the risk to all products so purchased pass to you immediately upon our delivery to the carrier;

7. LCLCSB reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion;

8. You may not use a false e-mail address nor use the e-mail address of another person; nor impersonate the entity of another person;
